Price Match Guarantee
JOANN stores will match prices on identical in-stock merchandise sold by brick-and-mortar retailers, joann.com,
and select online competitors (see list below).
Have something you want to price match? Here are the guidelines:
• The two items must be identical. That means brand name, size, weight, color, quantity & model number must be the same.
• Your item must be in stock online or in-store at a local location.
• If you find an offer on a deal website, it will be validated at the retailer’s primary website and must meet all other price match criteria.
• The actual purchase price of the merchandise must be compared to the JOANN price. Instant rebates are accepted as part of purchase price.

How to price match:
In-store
• Bring the entire printed ad or show us the online price or digital version of the ad on your mobile device as proof of price.
Online
• Reach out to our customer care team (customer.service@joann.com) with the item number on joann.com and the link to the competitor website with the lower price.
After a purchase
• Email or text our customer care team (customer.service@joann.com or 330-735-6576) with your joann.com order number and proof of lower price on the competitor’s website.
Limitations & exclusions you need to know:
• Coupons cannot be used with price matches.
• JOANN+ pricing & bulk orders cannot be price matched.
• Stores in Alaska do not price match.
• No special orders will be issued to match a competitor’s price for items that are out of stock at JOANN or joann.com.
• We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item. If we’re not able to verify the lower price, we may decline the request.
• We reserve the right to limit price quantities of price matches per identical item per customer for local and/or online competitor matches.
• Only Wilton Courses 1 - 4 can be price matched.
• JOANN+ pricing & bulk orders cannot be price matched.
• Stores in Alaska do not price match.

• Is lower due to a typo.
• Is “marketplace” pricing from third party sellers.
• Is a screenshot of a receipt or advertisement.
• Is an item that is not in-stock at a local competitor location.
• Is from a retailer that requires a membership fee to obtain the merchandise at the advertised price.
• Is for an education service.
