Our Buy Online, Pick-Up In-Store or Curbside program allows you to purchase items online and pick them up at a store location near you. You can even pick your item(s) up the same day when you place your order by 3pm! It's fast and you save on shipping fees!
Just follow a few simple steps:
1. Look for items on joann.com marked FREE Store / Curbside Pick-Up
2. Select Pick-up (free) curbside & store on the product page and add items to your shopping bag for pick-up
3. At checkout, you can change whether you want to ship your items or continue to pick-up at your store
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a Ready for Pick-up email. Please wait until you receive the "Ready for Pick-up" email before heading to the store.
To pick-up your order curbside, let us know you're on your way by tapping the I'M ON MY WAY button in your Ready for Pick-Up email. Once you've arrived at the store, tap the button I'M HERE and we'll bring your order out to you.
To pick-up your order in store, bring the "Ready for Pick-up" email and a valid government ID to the registers. We will send you an e‑mail receipt confirming your order was picked-up.

Your order will be available at the store you selected for 5 days after receiving your
"Ready for Pick‑up" email. If you do not pick‑up your order, we will return your
order to our shelves. If you would like to reorder the item(s), please resubmit the order.
If your order is not picked up within 5 days of purchase date, it will be cancelled on the 6th day and the authorization on your card will be removed. However, if you wish to cancel your purchase sooner please contact the store listed on your order confirmation email and a team member will be able to cancel your order.
If you would like to return any items from your order, just bring the items and your final receipt
email to any store location. Check our

Yes, at checkout you can choose which items to ship and which items to pick-up.
Yes, you can assign an alternate person to pick‑up your order during the last step of the checkout
process. Simply provide their first and last name. You will also need to forward the
"Ready for Pick‑up" email to this person. They will need to provide this email and a
valid ID at the time of pick‑up.
Yes, you will be able to select the FREE Store Pick‑Up or Curbside option while shopping on joann.com
from your mobile phone or JOANN app.
Yes, you can submit your phone number on your order confirmation page, if you'd like to receive text notifications from us when your order is ready.
Your order will be available for pick‑up on the next day your store is open. We'll send you an
email as soon as your items are ready for pick‑up.

During checkout, we will place an authorization hold on your credit card. Once you pick‑up and/or ship your order we will complete the transaction. If you do not pick‑up your order within 3 days, your credit card will not be charged and the authorization hold will drop off shortly.
